The preference of US outsourcing buyers has clearly also moved to American firms in terms of client satisfaction.
With labor savings not such a good deal, the rupee dollar rate and services growing in other locations, clients are increasingly dropping Indian outsourcing suppliers for US and Latin American options. It should also bring some jobs back.
