"... Satyam's plans to create 15,000 new jobs worldwide ..."
I think that what the company actually means is "... to create 15,000 new jobs for itself, worldwide ...".
As an outsourcing company, its objective is to move jobs from other companies into its own and, by economies of scale, reduce the number of total employed.
I have no argument with that, but I think the company's press release needs to be digested before being printed.
