The UK Information Commissioner seems to be wholly ineffective on the issue of the security of UK Data that has been offshored. He/she should be clsoing down the deals with the companies who are so careless with our personal data. The Directors of the companies involved should be disqualifed as their cost cutting measures have damaged data privacy and security.
