Leaks from Telecom call centres?

The example leaks seemed to come from call centres selling mobile phones rather than from banks.

Some leaks were from voice phone calls with call centres rather than from computer or Internet data.

This shows that *any* remote transaction with *any* retailer can be a risk.

Perhaps the banks should review their checks of companies which apply for "merchant accounts."
