You can not say that all offshore companies are the same.
Some of them are really small groups of people which want to earn some money and simply can't be providing the highest level of services because of business and technical infrastructure problems.
But there are also the innovative companies which would be sometimes happy not to be called "offshore companies". They have good business model, highly skilled specialists, good infrastructure, compliance with international standards. The only thing what they lack - is US presence.
Do you think it's logical to discriminate companies just by their location? Why should you judge by location in our multinational and globalistic world? I guess you just need to be professional in the question of selecting the vendor.
