The 'Commission for Africa' reported last year that global services might be an industry that some of these nations can use to generate serious investment flows. It is only to be expected that these regions will benefit from the growth in global sourcing, especially as companies consider how best to blend a nearshore option with some delivery from offshore. Look at recent investment by the Indian majors in many regions around the world - it is likely that they will continue to lead the sector even though they may be delivering from locations in the Americas, Africa, or Europe.
