Mr Granger has yet to demonstrate a major cost effective success on his £6Bn projects. Those projects implemented by external staff have poor buy-in from the NHS personnel and externally contracted GP's. Is he now proposing to further extend the "lines of communication" in the development process by importing the services from third world countries?
It will be the UK tax payer who funds these imported goods. Will these cheaper products give better performance?
Once again less employment for the UK public and further skills reduction.
Like the PFI (Private Finance Initiatives) people will look back in 5 years time and say that offshoring wasn't a good idea, meanwhile those executives involved will not suffer retribution.
