very interesting article, falls in line with some work I carried out some time ago on what I called at the time 'smartsourcing' including the internal resourcing of the management and strategy of the business, and outsourcing of particular departments or sections of those departments where the skillset was particularly difficult to find within the geographic region that companies are present

I wonder now that I have quoted my idea of 'smartsourcing' to the world whether I'll see it in future news articles.........or in EDS' latest strategy............
