Do you own a shovel or does all this just flow from you naturally?

Get real!
If I call a customer service number and I get someone I cannot understand, I just hang up, and try again until I find someone I can understand. Sometimes I have to ask for a supervisor or complain to someone else at the company.
It's just one little way to let large corporations know that cutting jobs here to offshore jobs elsewhere does nothing for their customer service, and trashes their reputation with its customers.
It's also good way to counter-act the pro-offshoring propaganda promoted by websites like this.

Offshoring jobs isn't cool because its just not morally right.
