Take a look at Vodafone NZ. Allready in a strong outsourcing arrangement with IBM for Billing and CRM. A demonstration of how to control costs in this area.
VF NZ are typically a blimp on VF Global results, but always performing well on relative size.
Thier experiment with IBM is close to fruition and could be the trigger Group is looking for.
