The Law Society has inked a £12m, five-year IT outsourcing deal with Logica.
The deal covers server support and maintenance, hosting, remote infrastructure management and WAN management.
According to Logica the deal will help the organisation, which represents solicitors, cut its outsourcing costs by 25 per cent.
The pair already have an outsourcing relationship, with Logica having provided services to the Law Society for more than four years.
The relationship could also be set to expand, with the company a potential candidate for future infrastructure and business systems upgrades.
