A new recruitment website promises to make finding and hiring SAP consultants easier and cheaper.
The online portal, called Zaple, allows SAP consultants to post profiles describing their work history and skills. Employers can then search those listings to find individuals with the capabilities they are looking for. It is available in Denmark, Holland and the UK.
Zaple was launched at the beginning of the year by former SAP consultants and recruiters who were "frustrated" with current recruitment methods and were looking for a better way to link up talent with companies using SAP, according to the site.
Along with consultant profiles, the site offers a 'talent management system' which allows companies to keep track of budget spent on SAP consultants and helps with management tasks such as checking the availability of individual consultants.
To use Zaple companies are charged £250 to £400 per month plus a fee for each CV they use.
