I hope that customer pressure will bring more call centres back to UK not because I have any fundamental dislike of India or other offshore call centres as such. This is a global society.
My concern is that there are many like me who are slightly deaf and have some difficulty in hearing word endings.
With the unfamiliar accents of offshore call centres this makes communication very difficult.
